Terms & Conditions1. Eligibility Entry is open to residents of Australia who are 18 years of age or older who attend a market at which Edelglas is present during the promotional period. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

2. Promotional Period The competition commences at 9:00am AEST on 28th September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 31st December 2026 ("Promotional Period"). Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

3. How to Enter Standard Entry (1 Entry): To enter, individuals must successfully subscribe to the Edelglas email newsletter via the official signup forms during the Promotional Period. Bonus Double Entry (2 Entries Total): Entrants who make a purchase of at least AUD$50 at any official Edelglas in-person market stall during the Promotional Period will receive a double entry. To claim the double entry, the customer must provide the same email address used for their newsletter subscription at the market point of sale. Limit of one (1) standard entry per person. Limit of one (1) bonus entry tier per person (maximum total of 2 entries per individual).

4. The Prize The prize is one (1) $100 Edelglas Gift Card, valued at $100.00 AUD. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. The gift card is subject to standard Edelglas gift card terms, including a 3-year expiry date from the date of issue.

5. Winner Selection & Notification The winner will be drawn at random on 20th January 2027 from all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period. The winner will be notified via the email address provided upon entry within two (2) business days of the draw. If the winner does not respond to claim their prize within 14 days of notification, no redraw will take place.

6. Privacy & Marketing Consent By entering this competition, entrants agree to join the Edelglas mailing list and receive marketing communications. Entrants can unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in the footer of Edelglas emails. Personal information collected will be handled in accordance with the Edelglas Privacy Policy.

7. General Conditions The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.
